The DMV's premier rockin' swing band, The Thrills “Spine Tingling Rock n’ Roll" fills dance floors throughout the area. Cape Cod and native New Yorker Johnny Spampinato is flying in , bringing his infectious original songs, incendiary guitar playing, impassioned vocals and a command of the stage that reflects decades of experience. 

Johnny is a human firework of a performer. His playing with brother Joey in NRBQ and The Spampinato Brothers, in the legendary Incredible Casuals, and in his current group The Value Leaders, has given him a rarely seen mastery of rock n' roll. He has toured extensively in the US, Europe, and Japan. He and NRBQ were even featured in a Simpsons episode!

The Thrills are led by uber-talented singer-songwriter Dave Kitchen's sweet and powerful vocals along with his potent guitar work. Andy Rutherford adds his fiery, sometimes humorous guitar chops to the mix. Brian Alpert (drums) and John Combs (bass) are the swinginest rhythm section around and are the engine that drives and swings the band and dancers. Put 'em together and you've got a band that turns heads and fills the dance floor. 

The Thrills band members are multi WAMMIE award winners who have played with a who's who of DMV bands (Danny Gatton, The Thrillbillys, Ruthie and the Wranglers, Evan Johns and the H-Bombs, Tex Rubinowitz, just to name a few!)
