The Upbeets - Washington DC based The UpBeets are a creative and high-energy modern jazz quintet performing songs from multiple genres, time periods, and artists. The UpBeets are known for performing classic jazz songs but with modern arrangements and playing new, innovative jazz fusion charts that are fun to play and hear (and often get the audience on their feet, and dancing in the aisles).  

The UpBeets is comprised of seasoned DC area musicians who have banded together over a love of exciting, upbeat, crowd-friendly, modern jazz and jass-fusion tunes!  Members of The UpBeets have performed at multiple DC area music venues including The Hamilton Live, Blues Alley, Mr. Henry's, Pearl Street Warehouse, Jammin' Java, The Carlyle Room, and many others!
