Oil City Confidential Oil City Confidential, the brainchild of Abaad Behram is an homage to one of his favorite guitarists, Wilko Johnson. The band offers up a crisp mini-set of classic Dr. Feelgood  fronted by the ever-charismatic Jay Jenc, (Jumpin’ Jupiter) with Doug Tull (Razz) on Drums and Chuck Dolan (Airport 77’s) on Bass.
