One way or another, Sarah Borges connects with casual mastery. Whether it’s with the comrades she’s collaborated with over nearly 20 sparkling years of music-making, or the vivid portraits of people’s lives – and occasionally her own – she’s sketched in scores of emotionally resonant songs.  But most of all, Borges has built a loyal following by connecting, through her own charismatic, down-to-earth spirit, with her audience – whether they’re longtime fans from back when she broke through with her terrific “Silver City” debut in 2004, or newcomers just now joining the party.

Ruthie Logsdon is front woman and rhythm guitarist for Ruthie and the Wranglers—a high energy, harmonizing, DC based Americana Country band. Their albums are critically acclaimed and winners of 30 Washington Area Music Awards. The Wranglers have released 7 albums, toured nationally, enjoyed radio airplay and currently play regionally and regularly remaining a cornerstone of the DC area roots music scene.

Ruthie and Arch also perform as The Porch Delights; an acoustic Americana trio with guitars, mandolin, percussion and 3 vocals; entertaining at local bars and porch parties to the Birchmere; playing originals and other songs Andy Griffith would approve of!

Arch is in both bands and is one of the most versatile and talented musicians in the DMV.  

Expect harmonies, hot licks, clever lyrics and live-wire personality.
