Shannon Leigh Reynolds is a local musician based in Silver Spring, MD, and fronts her own band, Shannon Leigh and The Good Bygones. Her style is based in bluegrass but goes far into classic country and traditional folk. Her songs blend her country voice and authentic lyrics with homespun, heartfelt melodies. Seth Mitchell is a bluegrass and Americana musician in the Baltimore—DC—Annapolis region. In addition to his songwriting, Seth leads the highly original Seth Mitchell Band and frequently appears as a sideman with other regional bluegrass and Americana acts.

Though no slacker as a vocalist or instrumentalist, songwriting is the heart of Seth’s musical endeavors. His beautifully crafted songs demonstrate that focus by offering layers of meaning, strong wordplay, rich musical settings, great melodies, and heart often hidden in plain view.
