20-time WAMMIE award winner Billy Coulter brings his annual “Sibling Revelry” show to Dietle’s. The band will be joined by his sister Julie Quarles of Richmond’s popular British Invasion group, The English Channel. It’s a special night of rockin’ roots and power pop, as well as a whole lotta nostalgic surprises belted-out by Julie.
